What is Minha Boutique?
It's a CRM, that is, a customer management system, made for people who resell Farmasi products. It organizes customers, products, sales, calendar and payments, and automates repurchase follow-ups via your WhatsApp and email.
Is Minha Boutique owned by Farmasi?
No. Minha Boutique is an independent tool, not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Farmasi. It was created to help people who sell the products organize their own business.
How does WhatsApp sending work?
You connect your own number by scanning a QR code, like WhatsApp Web. Messages go out from your number, within the hours you choose, and replies arrive on your phone. You're responsible for only messaging people who agreed to receive messages and for honoring anyone who asks to opt out.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You can use everything for 14 days without entering a card. At the end of the trial, you decide whether to subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no commitment and no cancellation fee. You cancel right in the subscription area and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do I get paid for my store sales?
You connect your Mercado Pago account. Your customers pay with Pix or credit card, in full or in installments, and the money goes straight to your account. Minha Boutique doesn't take any cut of your sales.
Does it work on my phone?
